Not professional. Not on time. Failed to communicate issues or delays. Had to come back to deliver another flooring piece that was not correct for the original installation and they were STILL hours late, without any communication. Whoever runs this place is doing a shoddy job. They are not the least bit professional, and have no care for customers, their projects, or schedules. Entirely disappointing and frustrating business to work with.

This place should be embarrassed by their lack of professionalism. They forced me to buy certain flooring pieces which they said I needed to do the job I was doing (I didn’t actually need them), and when I called them about it they avoided my calls and my trips to the store. When I finally got them to talk to me they refused to refund me the extra money they forced me to spend. Absolutely horrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

The Westwood team did an amazing sanding + staining + polyurethane job on the floors of our newly purchased house. We were floored (pun intended) when we saw the new floors – it felt like a brand new house. Pat and Dominic were awesome to work with – flexible, incredibly knowledgeable, very helpful (we couldn’t decide on the stain color and their guidance was perfect), accommodating and an impeccable attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others and we look forward to working with them again at some point!
