I made an appointment with someone named Connie for a root touch up. I noticed she was applying very little product so I told her please make sure you cover well the white and grey. She told me she would. I paid $65 (no styling). I was out of there in 45 minutes, with wet/damp hair. I went home and looked in my bathroom mirror, and saw she did a very shoddy job; some areas showed the grey and white. I called her and her first words were this is not my fault, the product does not cover grey 100%. I explained I get the color done every month, and I always get the grey and white covered. I told her she needed to redo the job for free. She played deaf and dumb and blamed me (I should have brought my own color!). So after a long back and forth I saw it was useless and I hang up. Very unprofessional, quick buck sort of approach.
