If you have a family and work here you will see them 1 day a week. Lowest paid plant in the area and in the entire company mandatory overtime unless you work in the office work life balance is horrible. If you need something from hr forget it she is more interested in Facebook than doing her job. The point system is designed to screw you if you get in a wreck on the way to work and end up in the hospital you get pointed 8 and they fire you. They can’t keep good employees because their attitude is we can just hire more
