As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by cashier, who, when asked where item I was shopping for was, directed me to department she thought it might be in but was going to call to make certain. The department she suggested sounded right so I told her not to worry and headed that way. Once there I ran into an employee and asked her and was shown exactly where item was. Both employees where very courteous and polite, exemplary employees, very professional.

Never thought I’d say this about a hardware store, but I really enjoyed visiting Ace today. Found some great BBQ seasonings and plants. They had tons of pet supplies too. Mostly though they had associates all over the place ready AND willing to help. I will be back!
