Apart from overpriced food it’s a good place for mall rats and typical shopping

The automated water faucets were stuck on 100% hot water and burned by hands.

Clean and bright.Starting to have people now since Covid cases are coming down. Environment is bustling with shoppers. The garage has more spaces and covered. Nice to go shopping here.

Only visited this mall to walk around, new design is definitely confusing if your new to the area, and for local as well. For example Valet sign are everywhere entering from stevenscreek side i was somewhat confuse because of that long strip that has a sign valet, but at the end it was connecting me to the parking structure. There are many new stores and due to pandemic many are gone. Bay area will become a ghost town sooner or later.Normally this mall is pack like sardines, now it’s empty because of covid~19. Maybe people are smart enough not to socialize at this time.Good luck bay area with your endeavors. It was nice being a local for decades, but its time to leave.

After recent renovations, this is truly a top-tier mall. There’s a wide range of variety for shopping selection, an excellent food court, and modern style all around. Only gripe is finding parking can be difficult, but it’s well worth it, and there are sensors to detect available parking spaces. So give this place a shot if you’re nearby! It’s easy to get distracted by Santana Row and miss this mall, but it will be well worth your time for a stop by!
