Westfield Palm Desert is the only super-regional shopping destination in the Coachella Valley, California’s most populated and prosperous desert community. The center is currently anchored by the Valley’s only Macy’s (which generates hugely productive sales volumes), Dick’s Sporting Goods, H&M, Sears, JCPenney, Barnes & Noble, and art-house theater Cinemas Palme D’Or. The Center also features two of the Valley’s most popular restaurants, Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill and Bobby Mao’s Chinese Kitchen & Bar, which offer al fresco dining at the Center’s Grand Entrance.

Our Westfield mall is very similar to other shopping malls, mainstream clothing shops, but also has some cool local spots mixed in there . It’s not humongous so walking around and getting to see every store isn’t much of a hassle. Food court is nice and eating area is modern and usually kept clean!

The mall it’s self is clean and well kept, staff inside individual stores are nice and polite and the security team are proficient and helpful. As for the individual people shopping…hit or miss. It is what it is lol.

So sad to experience our once bustling mall turning into a ghost town. One store after another is shuttered. The mall closes at 7:00 M-Th. That’s too early for many weekday shoppers. Perhaps this is a sign of the times? With all the online shopping and the past Covid lockdown how much longer will the mall experience last?
