I used this company last year for my dryer, I called this morning to see if they could come look at it, as the same problem is happening again. The lady who answered the phone already sounded annoyed when she answered my call, she placed me on a brief hold and came back with “we are so backed up we are not taking anymore service calls so we can catch up on parts” I said oh okay and before I could even get another question out I was hung up on. No thank you for your call, no further information or good bye, nothing. Extremely unprofessional way of handling business calls. I will just go buy a new microwave and replace the parts on my dryer myself.

Consumer BEWARE!!! This company is THE ONLY service company that performs warranty work on new appliances purchased in Abilene. If there was a -5 stars I would give it to them. They never come when they say they will and when you call to ask why they no showed, they lie! The office staff are extremely RUDE! (Yes Leah I am talking about you) and when you tell them so they hang up on you. I have been without my refrigerator now for over 4 weeks…….but they are the only game in town for repairs on warranty work. I am calling GE tomorrow but I am sure it will do me no good!
