Hydraulic hitch went south for the summer and picked up another and just about bolted right up. Just had to mod the back cover plate covering the solenoid. Other than that, perfection. Sales, service and a long line waiting to be checked out went a lot faster than expected.

Flagship stores with plenty of items in stock. Unfortunately employees and management are outside smoking giving the store an unprofessional image. Also a good number of employees are rude and abrasive. I think customer service training is in order. Definitely will avoid and order online, too much of a pain to deal with.
