When I called the store the other day I was treated as if I wasn’t a customer. I don’t care who is standing in front of you in your store, if your talking to a customer on the phone or in the store that next person that’s waiting to be waited on waits.. so what was the big rush on hanging up on me and telling me you had to go that you a customer in front of you to take care of. I make 100$ purchases not like I’m spending small money here so I’d appreciate if I was treated as a customer and nothing less. To be told that I was unable to complete my order and couldn’t use my discount coupons I earned due to the impatient employee is absurd. This is the second time this lady has offensively been rude. And than her sarcastic remarks don’t help. Otherwise I enjoy the store and it’s products offered. I just started restoration of boats. So hopefully this won’t push me to ordering somewhere else.
