From start to finish John Madden and the entire facility were bending over backwards for me. It all started when I found a Jeep I was in LOVE with, but it was in Rochester. John went out of his way to get the jeep to be to see the same day! After hours! He didn’t have to do that, but he did! Monday morning, even being a holiday, the detail department did an amazing job removing decals that were not my favorite- you would never even know they were on the car!The finance department actually cared to get me approved at a rate that they thought was fair-not just approved. Like I said I was in on a holiday, but they didn’t give up until they were satisfied with the results, which made me so much more comfortable with it all!I would recommend John Madden to ANYONE. He cares. He gets excited with you. He is just an amazing person and I couldn’t be more thankful for him!!!!

What a pleasant experience dealing with Tracy and West Herr Nissan! It’s the third vehicle we have bought from them, and every time was a comfortable, great experience. Tracy was a huge help in finding the right vehicle for us, and she was very knowledgeable in the Rogue that we chose. No pressure, and lots of laughs!
