Great experience. 3 year old car wouldn’t start even after putting in brand new battery. I was stranded in Wally World parking low. Called for a tow through ford roadside, the driver called me back, gave me his status. He had a car on already but offered to stop by and try to help me jump it. Wouldn’t jump …. nothing. We spoke briefly and decided to take a quick look at the starter. Long story short, we found the problem and got my car running. Just got to the shop to get repaired.What more could you ask for? I mean the guy was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and prompt. I avoided a towing charge, and was able to give the shop a good idea of what the problem was.Great work West End!

Critical: Quality I bought 2 vehicles on the same day from here. Within 24 hours BOTH vehicles were back in the shop!! My vehicle has been back 3 times for the check engine light. They had to send it back to the DEALERSHIP and STILL the check engine light os back on!!
