Tags on items say Take tag off and present at register to pay we took tag off one dresser and ottoman and we kept looking for more pieces to buy. All of a sudden we see a nice clerk putting a sold sign on the dresser. We told her we have the tag and you could tell she felt bad for it and said she would talk to the manager because only he could reverse the other transaction and he just said too bad and did nothing.Moral of the story: TAKE THE TAG AND IMMEDIATELY GO PAY or they will not honor their own instructions.

Good discount, large selection. From furniture to area rugs to kitchen tools. A bit crowded inside, sofas are very close to each other. Compare to normal West elms, the presentation here is more…down to earth…Good for treasure hunting, if you know exactly what your home need.
