Always worst customer service from this location, but I loved products from West Elm so still purchased my furniture, rugs, etc. from the store. Until recently I bought a huge round mirror and found hardware missing when I opened the package back home. I called the store. The associate found the mirror available online but she did NOT even try to order it for me. Instead, she told me to go to Lowe’s to get the hardware by myself 🙂

I’ve been in Customer Support for 20+ Years including 15 years at Salesforce. In that time I had the fortune to help build not only Customer Support software but work with the worlds largest companies designing the future of Service. This weekend I experienced what bad looks like. We spent over $1500.00 on 4 West Elm pieces. We only needed 3 and attempted to return 1. They rejected at the physical store and with a call to customer service. They sell this in a set of 4 as well as individually. So West Elm elected….deliberately to not listen or have any empathy. As consumers we have a powerful choice of the brands we trust. West Elm is not to be trusted. The photo below is what we purchased. This family of brands needs help!

I absolutely love West Elm. Almost all of our furniture is from this brand. This store, however, is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Trying to find someone to help you is impossible. Checking out is even worse. I’m just trying to give you my money. Why make it so difficult? All of the associates act so stuck up. Your job is literally customer service… you’ve chosen this.
