Yelp is removing all the great reviews our customers are leaving for us, and we are getting affecting by it. We are providing awesome customer service, and we are continuing to improve the quality of our service as time goes by. Iris and Kris took over Top Cleaners in 2017 when Vicky decided to retire. Its now a small family owned business trying in a very small market to make a living. To tell you the truth, we hate getting complaints, and we do our best to accomodate your needs, be it cleaning, or doing alterations. It’s very hard to do business and maintain or improve our livelihood when all the good feedback left by our Yelp customers are thrown under the bus due to a bogus filter. If we kept our feedback, we would be 4.8 STARS.

brought a pretty expensive dress where i had spilled something on, they took it out which was fine but it wasn’t till a few weeks later where i actually looked up close and saw that they had made two rips on it i am pretty upset because the other side was okay and the guy in the front did not say anything when giving me the dress. they made a mistake and made two holes on the dress but didn’t notify me that they had made a mistake when cleaning the dress . i find that pretty unprofessional for not telling the buyer about a flaw like two rips on a dress . just super disappointingi called and brought the dress back for them to fix it but it is still noticeable i appreciate their efforts in trying to fix it but it still hurts to see . it was my first time experience and will not be coming back to this place

I always bring my clothes here. I used to wash my clothes, but the print always fades and the white turns yellow. I stopped washing myself and had my clothes dry cleaned, and they come back just like before!The good thing about this place is that the person working there understands the brands and the value of the clothes. They truly care about the clothes and will always take care of what we bring in, even though they’re a small shop.
