Okay let me tell you. I spoke to Andy on the phone 1 day before I took my car that had a check engine light for over a year. He was legit so professional and made me feel like I could trust him by telling me everything in advance. I told him my bad experience at another dealership and I was hesitant to go back to that one. I’m so glad I called them and when I went the next day I asked for him and he went and did what he said they costumer service was as professional as he was on the phone. He was amazing. If the manager is reading this give him a raise or promotion. My experience was the highlight of my day. I never thought I would he saying that about a dealership lol thanks Andy

I just talk on Monday with my sales rep, and he told me that will be a good idea to wait to change my Nissan Leaf for the new Ariya, seems ok for to wait a few months, next day I went to charge at same dealer and I was told by a young woman that I cannot use the charge because it was not working, I explained that I just used yesterday, she went to get the manager, he told me that the charger is private. They need to put a sign there, he said, they do not needed because is private. Dear Nissan, you told me that I can charge for free, forever at any dealer as long as the chargers were available, when did the rules change? Seems Not a good Idea to wait for the Ariya then.

My service advisor Jessie is great. Whenever I need to get my car serviced, I receive updates periodically. There are usually a lot of cars needing service, but I appreciate that she tries not to keep me waiting. Thanks Jessie
