Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful at this urgent care. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Other places I have been to were all about pumping in and out as many patients as possible with little regard for bedside manner. This is not there case here thankfully. My foster daughter was sent home from school with covid symptoms (a sniffle) and we got an appointment right away to get her tested. She was very nervous but the nurses and doctor put her mind at ease. They made us feel like they truly care! That is such a nice change if pace from most health facilities. I love WellNow for the convenience, cleanliness, and caring people who work there! Keep up the great work ❤

We went to Well Now after our 11 month old fell on the corner baseboard. We were so shaken up and were unsure if she would need stitches. It was a deep puncture on her hair, hidden in her hair. We had PA Susan and PA Michael helping us out. They were wonderful with our baby, cleaning her up and talking through best option for her based on cut, age and healing. They decided on a staple and honestly they were incredible with us and her. Highly recommend this place. Went here for when my husband cut his head open too and they had plastic surgeon experience and did an incredible job then too! I always feel so comfortable with the service and at peace with the care we are receiving! Highly highly recommend

The check in process was simple, the staff were friendly and the care was efficient and gentle. My 6 year old was spoken to by the MA/nurse in a matter that encouraged individual advocacy while remaining age appropriate, making him feel like he had some control. It quickly eased his fears. The PA was quick, knowledgeable and proactive considering we were heading into a holiday weekend.My son had no complaints about the Icee machine either :)I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone of any age!
