Giving a ⭐ otherwise comment won’t post. Management needs to speak to Lena at the sub shop that asking for sub dressings on the side is not a capital offense. The attitude this young lady gave me, and I use the term lady charitably was appalling. I asked for dressings on the side I did not ask her for a kidney or a blood transfusion. Come on Wegmans, you can do better! Don’t let your customer service be a reflection of this degrading neighborhood. Actually the service I received today, does not even come up to that level. Disgusting.

The man with the name tag that said Marcano was very polite, and he cut me the best slices of turkey in my life. He also went above and beyond and helped lead me to the beer section, I was lost and had no idea where it was. Thanks again for the fantastic service!
