Store delivered today dirty mattress with stains . Store manager Alex was very rude and unprofessional when I came to discuss this issue. He threw my cell phone at me and behave very aggressive. I have to call police.

DO NOT GO THERE. I am outraged with the way these people run their business! My mom ordered chairs from them in October. It’s January now. She finally gets a delivery. But guess what? Wrong order. Nevertheless, that’s not what upsets me the most. The sales person, who was “helping” her (Oleg), had a nerve to raise his voice and yell at my mother on the phone. He lowered his voice after he finally realized it is indeed the wrong order, but didn’t bother to apologize. The outcome of this fiasco is yet to be revealed. For some reason my mom is really attached to those chairs and still didn’t cancel her order.If you want to wait for your order indefinitely (that’s if you ever get it at all), be disrespected, yelled at and told lies, this is the place for you!
