Worst experience I have ever had, I ordered a sectional in December 2020 and the salesman Oleg promised me delivery in two weeks. Every time I called him to check on the status, he kept giving me the run around. At the end of January, I went to the store and spoke to Boris who promised me I would receive the sectional within two more weeks, blaming Covid for the delay. I then waited again two weeks and no call back from the store with a delivery date (I was charged on their credit card in December for the full amount of the sectional). I then contacted the credit card company to start a dispute. I called the store every day in February and no one answered the phone. Finally I got Boris on the phone who swore to me that he would call the credit card company and return the money and let them know I never received the sectional. Another Lie, called the credit card company and they stated they still have not received the money back from the store. In February, I went to Ashley’s furniture and within 4 days received a beautiful couch and chair. I guess Covid only affects some merchants, lol. Do not do business with these people, they are Liars and cheats.

Horrible. What a nightmare. The way they went about their business is horrible. They were so kind until they took our money, then we saw a whole different side of them. It was delayed for about a month & then They gave us completely different furniture from what we ordered. They refused to give us a refund when we asked for one bc it’s NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. All of them were rude, hung up on our faces a couple times and told us to deal with it. Do not go there. Your time and money will be wasted.

I’ve been waiting since November 29, still waiting for 2 months, but they didn’t delivered yet, costumer name was Dimitry (Russian speaking man) don’t buy nothing from here….. very bad service….
