A very beautiful state park with fantastic views of the falls. I’m surprised entry is free. It is recommended to come early (before noon) as the parking lot can become full and the trail can become quite congested. Otherwise, a fantastic site!

Watkins Glen is very clean and well maintained! It was moderately trafficked and there were a lot of dogs. There is an attempt to keep everyone traveling in one direction.I didn’t use the bathrooms or go into the souvenir shop, but both looked like large buildings.
