One of the best Waterfront i n this Bay Area. Of course I am a little biased because I’ve Grown Up in Martinez and I love my home town. And I love the Marine I go there all the time with my dog. I take him swimming they’re all the time. Usually by the boat launch. And out of all the cities around as I think Martinez has done the best with the homeless situation in the very small encampment that they have down there is very clean and very helpful to the people that are down there. That is just trying to get back into a home most of them. I find it’s the younger ones that really young ones that seem to be the ones that are just slacking off. I think it was lack of parenting got off subject there anyways the marina is a great place you will enjoy it especially at night lot of time just a guy that goes down there with these giant that Lit Up kites that’s beautiful it’s posted somewhere when he’s going to go down just not sure where that is.

Good weekend getaway park for walks and picnic. The pier is neat compared to other places I visited. Peaceful and serene atmosphere with excellent views of Benicia-Martinez bridge and the shore.

Visiting the park was a BLESSING! Pastor Gary preaches by the Bocce Ball Courts and brings breakfast for anyone who wants to join. Every Tuesday & Wednesday at 8:30 AM, and every Sunday at 9:00 AM. It’s beautiful.
