I go here whenever I need a new battery for my watches. Normally the owner is there but today there was a guy there that I had never seen before and he was not someone I would want to encounter again.Poor customer service skills. He actually tried to bait me into an argument over his skills and knowledge of watch repair. Even stating that he looks young, but he’s very experienced.
