They have not picked up my trash for three weeks and they keep lying to me saying they are sending a driver out to pick up my can. I’m a disabled vet on minimum income and now I have to go buy more bags and put this old trash in new bags because the maggots have eaten thru the others. I have to buy more cleaners. We set out can by 8 other cans at the end of our private drive but for some reason he doesn’t service our can week after week.

Getting them to answer the phone is extremely rare and even when you do the person who answers always claims someone will get back with you in 48 hours. My garbage was skipped. We called and was told they would have someone come and get it with in 5 days. No one showed up. Why am I paying a monthly bill to something I’m not getting. Your job is to pick up our trash and in return we pay you the what you ask. Do your job.

I was told they would get my trash if I left it at my mailbox on Tuesday since I’m a new customer and was waiting to receive a trash can. Tuesday rolls by so I call again on Wednesday morning and was told they would get it Wednesday or Thursday morning. We’ll here it is Friday at 1pm and my trash is still bagged and sitting at my mailbox. Need I say I am on hold on the phone waiting to talk to someone as I’m typing my review. Help me lord. :-/
