Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Investment property owner who has had multiple bad experiences with the bulk pickup not being picked up on the date it was scheduled for. The reasons are always random excuses for the driver to not do their job and the customer service promising to fix the issue but never honoring their word.

This place has no profession employees or service, they know we have no choice but to deal with them so there for all the employees are careless. We missed the pick up and I called in asked if we can have it picked up we just moved to the area, they said yeah but it will cost us I said really we just moved here from another county and we would miss rarely there they would come back same day no charge. Long story but all the supervisor tell you something else, one said you have a single courtesy per year I said ok never got picked up, then I call back other supervisor say it’s not guaranteed, then the representative said they came out no dumpster out all lies, everyone on different story no standards for this company employees. As I keep reading the reviews all make sense as one person state this the company is the real definition of TRASH.

I’m so happy to have sold my home and will not have to deal with this trashy place anymore. They have the worse costumer service. I’ve already sold my home and there’s a new owner and they still will not return my phone call, email, or chat to remove myself from this address. This place is an absolute joke.
