BUYER BEWARE! Been a customer for 15+ years and they decided to charge a $210.82 pick up fee (picking up dumpster after contract) in result of us moving companies due to the fact they were charging double the price as twin Bridges for the same trash removal. Spoke with customer service on the phone and they could care less, I’ve had this happen now multiple times (as they seem to always have a fee…) I advise everyone to stay away from this company!

Worst company on the planet. Incompetent and run by what I presume is 7 year olds. Signed up, paid 150$, had cans dropped off, first two service pick ups were missed. Called to find out what was going on only to find out they don’t service my area. How as a company do you even let that happen? I’ve seen lemonade stands ran better than Waste Management. Do yourself a favor and take your business to twin bridges or county waste. Far superior trash removal companies.
