The first time I went service was great my washer was broken and the lady was extremely polite and helpful. I thought I could skip out on laundry. Until just now I could tell when the lady saw my basket of clothes she didn’t want to do them. I walked away to get another basket out of my car and she had the basket and the clothes on top of the scale telling me it was 33 pounds. The first time I came the lady took all of the clothes out of the basket and put them in bags and then weigh them so she can have the accurate weight without the basket. I tried to tell the lady didn’t she didn’t want to take the clothes out of the basket. My total came $88 I almost let them go ahead and do them but then I just thought if she’s too lazy to take the clothes out of the basket and weigh them accurately my clothes aren’t going to be as amazing as they were before. So I just left I won’t be doing business there unless the other young lady is there in the mornings or during the day.
