Just got our third stove in over 40 years. We love Vermont Castings. Our first was a Black cast iron Resolute that we loved. We moved and got our first Encore with the beautiful Red enamel- we love seeing the fire burning. We had it 14 years and now have it in the majolica brown enamel – it looks absolutely gorgeous! It did take a couple months for it to be built but that was OK, and the guys did a great job installing it and hauling the old one away. Thanks again.

Ronn helped us immediately upon arrival, which was only minutes before closing time, Ronn was able to run through our various options based on our situation. I will say, I came in with measurements and pictures to make things easier. With so little pressure, we were able to go home and custom design what we wanted based off of functionality and aesthetics that Ronn informed us about. After renovating an entire house with everything going wrong, this was the only thing that did not have an issue come up.He and the team ordered my custom fireplace and fully installed the fireplace with such professionalism and grace. I will say that even with my error of not getting an outlet installed inside the fireplace (please remember that, there needs to be electricity inside the fireplace in order for the starter and fan to work), the team took that in stride and did what they could to get the installation as far as possible, and then they came back out to finish once the outlet was installed.I waited 4 months to be able to provide a thorough review, and I have to say, this is my favorite place to be – in front of the fire. My daughter starts up the fireplace in the morning while we wait for the house to warm up.I cannot begin to tell you just how amazing this team is. Do yourself a favor, stop looking at other companies, do not try to do this yourself…they are the professionals that changed everything for us. Thank you so much, Ronn and team!

The service and assistance provided by the folks at Warming Trends was fabulous! I spoke with several staff members on different occasions getting answers to my questions and guidance on the process to install a wood burning insert in our home. The crew that came to do the actual install were just as great. They called to inform me they would be showing up early (a rare thing these days) and when they arrived they followed all the health & safety protocols currently required. They finished things in a timely manner and left the work space clean when they departed after giving me a run through of what to expect during the first few uses of our new insert.Our entire experience was wonderful and we love the insert so much we are planning to have Warming Trends install another one in our basement rec room!
