Our stove’s installation was on Friday, 4 days ago. The stove only worked for the 2 hours right after the installation, and then stopped working entirely and will not restart. It is either defective, or it was not installed correctly. The dealer was informed of the problem the next day, and in several phone and email discussions thereafter. But incredibly, Warm Solutions refuses to have their service person come out and repair/replace the unit without charging us an additional service fee.We paid them in full ($4800) and in good faith for this stove, and they have not met their basic obligations under the contract. Their response since learning of the problem has been to try to exploit the situation, and get more money from us to service this 4 day old new stove, which is of course still under warranty.They claim it might be user error that is causing the stove not to work… thus they claimed they want us to pay in advance a $185 service fee. They also claim they will at their discretion refund to us this advance payment of the additional $185 if they determine it is not user error causing the problem. Really? Would you trust this Company with even more of your money in this situation? Have they earned your trust?And, BTW this is not a case of user error. We own 2 other virtually identical stoves by the same manufacturer and are quite familiar with their operation; none of them have this problem. It’s just the one they installed on Friday that doesn’t work at all.You can understand why we have given them the lowest possible rating.

I love my fire. I got logs that throw out heat to the room as opposed to decorative. Very cozy. . Barbara and all the staff were very helpful and professional.

Warm Solutions was just that from our initial contact with Barbara in the office, to a friendly and informative visit to the show room with Joe. Our logs arrived just as promised, and were installed just days after by Jon and Reno. The two young men were knowledgeable, friendly and new exactly what they were doing. The installation took no time at all, and was done with exceptional care to keep everything neat and within their drop cloth.They gave instructions on the use of the logs, what to expect, and were out the door as discreetly as when they entered.You cannot go wrong by using their services if you are considering the installation of a gas log fire place set.Terry Di SciulloSan Francisco, Ca.
