The best place ever for me. The stuff was very helpful (special thnx to Leonard). The only place I was able to pick up nice glasses for my 4 year old daughter.

I have mixed feelings. I have always liked Warby Parker, and I know it is a very big struggle with Covid. That said, we were at their Palo Alto location in August, and in seeking glasses for my daughter, they restricted the # of people in the shop to two. But imagine this: they had SIX employees in the store! There was one employee helping my husband and daughter, and the other 5 were literally standing around. It was nearly 100F that day, and initially they insisted that my son and I wait outside, but then someone took pity on us and let us in to the store… which I was truly grateful for. Did they give us good service? Yes. Are their Covid employee numbers odd given the # of customers allowed? Yes! I don’t think things have been thought through very well in-store.

I like the selection of glasses they have and the service once I was being attended to. On the con side their sign in system allowed me to view other people’s data which didn’t make me feel confident in my privacy as a customer. Also they send text people who left and seemed to wait a while for them vs serve the people who never walked away. I’m all about holding a point in line but seemed like most walked away. Haven’t got glasses yet in the mail so can’t rate on that yet. I’m excited.
