I purchased my first glasses here last year. Came back today for new glasses, and my experience is the same as last: amazing customer service. C(K?)asey helped me but I’m sure everyone there are super friendly, helpful, and best customer service of any retail store I have been in. Sure you have to wear a mask, and yes you have to sanitize your hands before walking into the store. That’s their way of protecting their customers and employees. It’s a small store, so they might not have everything in stock. But you can always ask them to order online for you.Best customer service.
