Fantastic shopping experience. Always loved the Map Room store, this was our first time to the Fashion Island one. Great big selection of all their frames and the team was so superbly helpful! Andres was such a delight and helped us both make the difficult choices between frames. The process was swift and easy and the space was clean and not too busy either.

We used to love Warby Parker not because the quality of the glasses but their above and beyond customer services that we received before and always recommended them to all friend and family member but not anymore. Their customer services now is horrible, cheap and and lack of professional. They don’t care about customer satisfaction anymore. We have trusted in them that s why we were decided to order another glasses with them again on February but the glasses never arrived on time and when I called the customer service she was sound like she didn’t care to helped or keep us as a customer. Instead of find the solution to get us a glasses sooner she blamed it on the weather and nothing else she can do. We decided to canceled the order and will go with other brand that have better quality of glasses and better customer services.
