I have been to Walt’s Cycle to get my bike fixed a few times and every time they are above and beyond with their service. Kind people who work there are always conversational, take the time to understand the issue and resolve it ridiculously quickly. They also happen to have some crazy knowledge as people who enjoy bikes themselves. If you need a bike repair or even need to buy a bike, you can’t go wrong by going to Walt’s ❤️

Bad service, my wife and I went with the intention of buying 2 bicycles, for my 6 year old daughter and my 4 year old son. My 4 year old son was all happy and excited to buy the bike, but I could barely touch them, how to buy something without seeing and without letting his son try it? Yes, impossible. Horrible customer service. On the same day that we went to another store, we had a wonderful service there , but this place ☝️ We will never come back.
