If I could give no stars I would, I had a horrible experience and I want to share so you don’t experience this yourself… I have a very high prescription and I went in to get my contact lenses exam, the lenses weren’t even the same as the trial lenses and they charged me $400+ for a year supply I opened them so couldn’t get a refund on half of them, I was very mad since the trial was different from the ones they ordered.. I called my insurance and we worked something out but the people there were rude and NEVER in my life have I given attitude back but I did, I figured since I have a high prescription that was the price I’d have to pay but they scammed me because today I went to circle drive optometry and for the same brand and prescription they charged me $280.. very upset, if I were you I’d go somewhere else…

I give them a two because I always come here and I never have a problem with my glasses. The problem that I had is one of the assistants gave me more cash and the manager still tells me that I’m a crook for stealing and for not coming back the next day. So be aware of the manager she and her employees do not know their stuff and do not know how to handle money whereas myself I am a cashier at El Super and I know how to handle my money and my supervisors are watching. Very bad record for the company

It is not a good place to go. I had a horrible experience due to them not giving me the right instructions. Also, they use bad quality material. In other words, the glasses get scratch easily. Therefore, I don’t recommend anyone to go there. It’s just a wast of money!
