This vision center is a disgrace. It’s understandable that due to COVID-19 the employees have to only assist a certain amount of customers at a time… But when they clearly see a customer is right there waiting for assistance and don’t even acknowledge or tell me they will be available momentarily.. that’s a disgrace. I’m not that desperate to purchase. I don’t know where I’m going to get my glasses but I’d rather go without or pay more for better humane service

Glasses frame broke just needed a new frame. she just kept refused to show any effort at all. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!! Came to FORNEY see if they can help me, they treated me way better and their service is quick.
