The optician was great, but the experience with the associate in the eye center was anything but. The lady who was operating the vision center was very rude and disrespectful to my wife, child and myself. From the time we got there she was making snide remarks like I guess I’m babysitting and There is a reason I don’t have grandkids to a customer she was helping with glasses. The comments embarrassed and infuriated me to the point I quit helping my wife select her glasses and left. If my son had been running wild or being poorly behaved I could understand, but that was not the case. In short I got the standard of service I have come to expect from our Walmart in Troy, Alabama.
