Outstanding accommodation. I have a child who has a serious eye/pain condition and we saw a doctor about it today. Doc said he needs glasses asap to help control the horrible eye pain and sometimes emesis that come with this optical migraine. I went over to Emp Vis and we were refused care because we didnt have an appnt and there was NO ONE in the store!!! I explained our dire need and was told next week sometime plus 2 weeks to get the glasses . As a mother I broke down an cried , felt defeated and started to google nearest eye glass place. Found WALMART OPTICAL , Called from my car , spoke with HEATHER, explained my urgency to help my son and within 20 min my son was in there chair picking out glasses. They CARE about people, truly ! Thank you Heather and thank you Walmart for hiring great people !
