My family was doing shopping on Thanksgiving night.

Went in to buy a specific pellet grill. Asked for directions to the grills and help to take it to my truck. Door monitor directed us to a floor manager and she arranged for a tech to bring a cart. When the tech saw how big and heavy it was he called for another tech to help. Once on the cart he found an empty register and had us charged out and helped to load the truck. Staff was pleasant, mindful and friendly. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Great store but the employees lack common sense when helping out during pick-ups. This is how the employee left the groceries in the boot of my car. Three reusable bags were present, and she should’ve used it. Secondly, employees “sanitising” self-checkout register should actually use the sanitiser instead of same dirty towel they used to wipe down other registers, and pay-pad over and over again. Other than that, I’d return to this store as I don’t have any other supermarket around me

Customer service especially from a manager sucks. They could not answer my questions. Say they know the store does not answer their phone and said they cannot do anything about it. Not just that but they said they know online it reflects one thing as to the items that show they have in stock and they know they do not have them in stock. Completely horrible.
