I exchanged an item. Pauline gave me a tough time as well as Sean. Everything i was attempting to do was consistent with their policies and I even called ahead to see if the item could be exchanged. They made me feel as if I was trying to pull a fast one, and when they finally accepted the return they acted like they were doing me a favor. Barbara did a great job completing the return and the asst. Manager(forgot her name) assured me the unacceptable treatment would be addressed.

I went here yesterday and did not have a good experience at all. However I returned today and I had a completely different experience. The store was not slammed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Walmart and I think they are trying to serve the community and trying to be a part of the solution.
