I like the one stop shopping for everything on my list. I can run in and out without waiting in line by using self checkout, or I can stand in line, take my time and browse the items on the shelves next to me as I wait. However I have really become a frequent user of the online order app and pick up when I’m ready, its sooo convenient and hassle free, the employees who bring my order out are always courteous, answer any questions I have, go over the substitutions and any unavailable items that were on my order….I recommend this service to everyone I talk to….get the app, give it a whirl, you won’t be sorry you did.

Waiting in customer service for a refund. They have been paging a manager for over 30 minutes and they won’t show up. Alicia is the manager on duty I have been waiting on! She was paged. I have been waiting and she is walking around at 1/2 mph talking to everyone and not coming to the customer service area

Super long wait at customer service. Several staff plus a manager just walking around and gabbing away. Pretty sure they could have open a second line for the 4 people waiting for help. But no.
