Drove 30 minutes for an in stock item. Couldn’t locate the item so we needed an employee for assistance with a microwave. Searched the area for 10 minutes. Found Mike back by electronics, who said we needed Stephanie in that area. Never found her. Asked for assistance from a worker walking by & that lady paged overhead for assistance with no response after waiting another 10-15 minutes. Walked to Pick Up where we again met Mike. He was kind enough to walk with us back to the microwaves. Their system said the item was in stock but none were on the shelf. He asked for help from other associates (one of which was Stephanie) & they paged overhead for a second time (this time they said we needed Michelle). Returned to the microwaves & waited another 10 minutes with no response.Oddly enough on our way out, there were numerous cashiers standing at registers without customers to check out. Surely SOMEONE other than this elusive Michelle could have double checked the inventory for us.

I did not found what I was looking for so I ask one of your representatives that was working by the tire/battery for help. I show him the picture of the battery that I was looking for, but he just said we do not sell it here.I Went back to the garden section and I asked a young man named Richard the same question, he look for it on his phone, scanned the picture, did not found it, but he was so kind to speak on the phone to my co-worker who explain him what we need. Richard said, yes we got it. We went back to the tire/battery section to get it. On my way to the register I saw the other worker and told him look you do sell it. Thanks to Richard we were able to keep up with our project at the port.

Ashley in electronics waited on us (on 5/6/21) and it really was the best customer service i have ever experienced at Walmart. She was very nice and helpful. Also, she was knowledgeable about the product.
