Hey Walmart. Glad your people are getting new phones. I thought the store in Galveston was looking different with actual decent customer service. My mistake. Walked in to exchange a patch kit for a bike. Was going to have to use that to patch an air mattress (air mattresses apparently don’t come with vinyl flaps to use as patches anymore). Anyway, I bought a kit that was supposed to have 20 patches but instead had zero. So instead of empowering anyone to make a decision to allow an even exchange, I had to buy another kit so I can completely waste my time tomorrow when customer service has someone staffed in it to get a refund on the original useless kit. So thank you in advance for upsetting me tomorrow because……and I’m not sure anyone has told you…..but your customer service line will be the most unpleasant part of my week. I am willing to put the over under of the line tomorrow at 30 minutes. I would bet 7 bucks or so but I can’t because I had to buy a second kit. Thanks again
