5/29/2021I went to the Walmart it was around by 11:15 to go print out some pictures of my step daughter’s graduation and when I got there after I processed everything that I needed I wanted. When I got to the front to ask exactly how long would it be even though my ticket said 1:10 p.m. also asked and the girl said she didn’t know because they don’t know how to work the the printer of the picture machine and the person that knows how to work it don’t come in till 3:00 p.m. so they took about 45 minutes to an hour to get stuff up and going the manager that came over her name was Christine she was very she was not helpful or very nice or considerate of the customer sitting there waiting for pictures you know. Why will they help people working at that department if they don’t know how to work those machines they need to train more than one person to know how to work that machine every time I come here it’s always an issue when I’m coming to the photo lab and this needs to change I’m hoping that the district manager will get this message and give me a call back me all he have to do is look up in the photo lab thing under Victoria McDonald and somehow get back to me about this issue. This is the poorest run Walmart I have been to and I’m alive I mean all the other ones that I have been to have been they work they as a good job all the employees know what they’re doing they doing a great job but every time I go in that one off West stan schluter it’s always some kind of mix-up mess up or whatever. I don’t have this issue when I go to the one on Lowes boulevard and I don’t understand why that one can work fine but this one never can. I am not happy with that store at all it’s just awful I’m right down the street from west end sluder but I have to go to Lowe’s boulevard Walmart to get good service that’s not that’s not acceptable at all and no way . All they do is constantly be on their telephones what kind of work ethnic is that.

Plenty of self checkout options for those of us introverts. They have a large variety of things, I mean it is WalMart. If you’re a person of color like myself then you can get some haircare products here like Tea Tree Oil and such. Overall a solid WalMart that isn’t ‘ghetto’ or anything like that. I’d recommend going to this place to do any shopping that you and or your family need to do.

Hair salon very nice hair work. But the salon was a bit dirty on the ceiling and pipes around the room.
