I’m not sure if it was too early in the morning but I went in for a oil change on 05/27/21 at 7:00 am and was not waited on till 7:30. That was after The customer who was there before me and myself went to ask for help. We spoke with a gentleman who was working on another car that had to stop what he was doing and told us he would write up what we needed inside. As we were walking in a lady came out and he asked her if she could assist us and she rolled her eyes at him and started walking towards the vehicles in line which was myself and the other customer. We looked at the gentleman who was helping us and he said I guess you’ll have to go back to your car and she will assist you. We went back to our vehicles and after several minutes I was assisted. It was obvious that she did not want to be there and I understand people have their days but when you work customer service you have to put your personal issues to the side and do your job. Thank you so much to the man who tried to help. I would hate to work with someone who can’t respect me as a coworker. I hope that management addresses the issue and trains their employees to be more accommodating. Customers come for great service not to feel like they are a burden.

This center is so hood. Everyone from panhandlers to homeless dwell here. It’s a shame too because it’s located in a beautiful place.

This Walmart has a great selection of all kinds of things and it’s always clean. Lately when I go, though I get hounded by energy salespeople and I’m sick of it. I’m there to shop in peace, not be barked at and then made to feel bad when I ignore them and they call out passive aggressive things at me after I walk past.
