Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! This location literally STOLE $$$ from me! I, like others have stated, arrived to pickup an online order. I waited for 30 minutes and saw NOT ONE associate help ANY of the 20 cars in the over-capacity pickup area. I left figuring I would return the next day. However, I received an email the next morning stating my order had been picked up (which it wasn’t) and my credit card had been charged. I went back to the store and was able to speak to a pickup associate on the phone. He said he would “look in the back.” After another 30 minute wait and no update, I began calling the pickup number again…10 calls and no answer. No pickup associate even came out of the store. I left again. I am now on my 3rd attempt to rectify the issue with Walmart.com, but they’re saying they cannot refund the order because the pickup was “manually entered” at the store (code for someone stole my merchandise). They have been attempting to contact the store while I’ve been waiting for a supervisor (1 hour now). They can’t even get their own store to answer the phone!!! A bunch of crooks!!! Never shop here!!!!!!!!! You have been warned!

Store was very well lit with friendly employees that were working and helpful at the self checkout. The store was not very crowded but it was 15 minutes til closing when I entered the store. There was a lot of stock out on the aisles ready to be put on shelves And the store had it out of the main walkway to where people could walk the store and get to aisles. Friendly greeter at door. Is easy store to navigate. Only the self check outs were open at closing time.
