My delivery order was 2 hours late and no one would answer the phone. It just rang and rang. I never received a single update, late notice, or any info about the status of my order. I had to call Walmart support and talk to someone on another continent to cancel my order so I could finally go to bed. I got an email 12 hours after the order was supposed to be here that the order was cancelled due to high volume. NEVER order groceries for delivery from Walmart. They should probably shut it down.

Had a bad experience. My son and I found an item and went to purchase it at the price displayed but was told Walmart would Not honor it even though it’s policy states they have to honor the price of the item. Even though we snapped a picture of the item. Even insinuated someone could have picked up the over 150 lb box that the Walmart worker had to help my son place in our basket. They’ll say anything to not honor the price. I’m calling corporate to follow up.
