Ordered a cake and when I go to pick the cake up the associate tells me she called me and left a message on my voicemail because she could not do the cake that I asked for which the associate from the previous day said would be no problem. She did indeed call my phone but she did not leave me a voicemail like she kept insisting she did. Not sure what her problem was she said she couldn’t do the cake because I didn’t want the design the computer would be used to print on the cake. All I wanted was the color not sure why she made it so complicated. Very unprofessional poor customer service. Will not be ordering a cake from here again

Can’t beat the prices but they could work on cleanliness and organization. Basket push handles are always sticky right in that spot your finger tips wind up touching, in that open space on the underside. Yuk! I guess its an acceptable trade for now but getting harder to justify.
