Received email and text notification that my same day order (placed late the evening before) was complete at 7:33pm, and the photo center hours were 8am to 8pm. I ran over immediately to pick up my order (for which I paid more to have it ready same day), to find that it was not finished at all. I was told the only person who could finish it (Jasmine) was on break, so I waited for her to return. When she came back there was no apology for it not being ready, with the text notification and email being shrugged off. Honestly, I would give my overall experience 1 Star, except that the canvas came out very well.

The wait time was not 1 hour at all. It took approx. 2 to 3 hours. It’s not 1 hour printing as promised.
