Calling Walmart to have any question answered is near impossible. Who ever answers the phone has an immediate response of that’s not my department and the call gets passed through a never ending cycle of not my department. I suggest more communication take place among employees of ALL departments, to avoid confusion and frustration. Thank you to employee Ben, for being kind (which most employees there were not over the phone) and helpful enough to put effort into solving my question. Very disappointing Walmart Del Rio…get it together.

Absolutely ridiculous! They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, and they have horrific customer service. But because they have no competition their is no incentive to get better. I hate this place
