For years I have used walmart for photo printing services, I still do but prefer other locations rather than this one. Honestly, the biggest issue rises due to the lack of properly trained staff or lack of staff altogether. I’ve been to the photo center thrice this year and each time I have to wait around for someone to arrive, even after calling someone the people will forget and won’t show up When they do show up they say something like sorry, the person who is supposed to be here is out to lunch or for the day and then they’ll wander about trying to figure out what’s supposed to happen.. the people that show up are very often the nicest people; they’re just unfortunate enough to have to cover a position that isn’t theirs
