My mom and I had to print off pictures from her phone (we used the kiosk).There’s the 1-hour kiosk and print now kiosk. Of course one of the stations wasn’t working and had a dark screen. The other three stations worked satisfactory. The problem was, the photo department ran out of ink and couldn’t do 1-hour prints and the Print Now kiosks were extremely slow. The Associate was trying his best and tried to warn people that they ran out of ink. There were no signs on the stations clearly displaying “out of order”.We were there for quite awhile just to print a couple of pictures that were for a court case.Very disorganized and unprepared
